These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rovyx.in and every order you place with us. Please read them before you shop. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Who you are dealing with

rovyx.in is owned and operated by Sadik Husain, sole proprietor of Vestrox Apparels, a proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India.

“Rovyx”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the above. “You” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate, complete delivery and contact details. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be cancelled.
• You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@rovyx.in if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

4. Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Product photographs are indicative. Actual colour may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and photography. Minor variation in shade, weave or finish is normal in apparel and is not a defect.
• Measurements in our size guide are approximate, with a tolerance of about half an inch.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will inform you and refund that item in full.
• We may change prices, offers and product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.
• We may refuse or cancel any order — including a confirmed one — where there is suspected fraud, a pricing error, stock unavailability, an undeliverable PIN code, or a history of repeated refusals or fraudulent returns. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.
• Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, it cannot be modified. Cancellation before dispatch can be requested at support@rovyx.in or on WhatsApp.

6. Payments

• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery, as shown at checkout.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for certain PIN codes, high-value orders, or customers with a history of refused deliveries. A COD handling fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. Write to us with the transaction reference and we will follow up.

7. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Delivery across India typically takes 3–6 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control are not our liability.
• A tracking link is shared over email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the package on arrival and report any visible damage the same day, with photos.
• If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will normally retry. After repeated failed attempts the shipment returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund after deducting actual return shipping, if applicable.

8. GST invoice

A GST-compliant invoice is issued with every order and shared by email. If you need a business invoice with your own GSTIN, share it with us at support@rovyx.in before dispatch. GSTIN cannot be added after an invoice has been generated.

9. Returns, exchanges and refunds

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains or odour, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Innerwear and any item marked non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item passes quality check, usually within 5–10 working days, to the original payment method, UPI or bank account as the customer chooses. For COD orders, refunds are made to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
• If a returned item fails quality check, we will inform you and send it back to you at your cost.

10. Coupons and offers

• Coupons are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.
• We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time. Offers already applied to a confirmed order are honoured.
• If a coupon was obtained or used in a way it was not intended for, we may cancel the order or recover the discount.
• Where an order with a coupon is partially returned, the discount is recalculated and only the adjusted amount is refunded.

11. Reviews and content you submit

• By submitting a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it on our site, social media and marketing, with attribution to your first name.
• You confirm the content is your own, honest, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.
• We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, contains personal data, or is unrelated to the product.

12. Intellectual property

All content on rovyx.in — the Rovyx name and logo, product photographs, designs, text, graphics and page layout — is owned by or licensed to Vestrox Apparels and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use it commercially without our prior written permission. Reselling our products as your own brand, or copying our listings and imagery, is not permitted.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the site, harvest data, or place bulk orders.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site’s security or infrastructure.
• Place orders with false details, or misuse COD by repeatedly refusing delivery.
• Misuse the return policy, such as returning worn, used or different items.

We may block access, cancel orders, or disable COD for accounts engaged in any of the above.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity or data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics, government restrictions, courier failures, or internet and payment gateway outages.

16. Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to third-party websites such as courier tracking pages, payment gateways or social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

17. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it alongside this page.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies to orders placed after that date. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer’s rights to approach a consumer forum in their own jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
