This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on rovyx.in. This website is operated by Sadik Husain, proprietor of Vestrox Apparels.

1. Cancellation window

• You can cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, free of charge.
• After 10 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can instead use our return process after delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to cancel

• Email us at support@rovyx.in or call / WhatsApp us at +91 84269 70361 with your order number.
• We confirm the cancellation over email or WhatsApp.

3. Refund on cancellation

• For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded within 5–10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
• Refund mode: UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or the original payment method — whichever the customer prefers.
• Cash on Delivery orders cancelled within the window are simply not shipped; nothing is charged.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, an unserviceable PIN code or suspected fraud. In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full within 5–10 working days.
