We send promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp messages only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to marketing WhatsApp or SMS messages. Order-related messages — confirmation, dispatch, delivery, refund — are transactional and will continue as long as you have an active order with us.

10. Security

We use HTTPS encryption across the site, restrict access to order data to authorised staff, and rely on payment gateways that meet industry security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a significant breach as required by law.
